Made to Order All of our products are custom printed and fulfilled by our trusted print partner. Because each item is made just for you when you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates We currently ship within the United States. At checkout, you'll see the following options:

  • Standard (3–5 business days): $7.00
  • Express (1–2 business days): $15.00

Kitchen Tea Towels:

  • Standard (3–5 business days): $5.00
  • Express (1–2 business days): $12.00

Total Delivery Time Total delivery time = production time (2–5 business days) + shipping time. For example, a standard order may take 5–10 business days from purchase to delivery.

At Grace and Buttercream, every product is made to order just for you. Because our items are custom printed and fulfilled by a third-party print partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@graceandbuttercream.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
