Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Grace and Buttercream! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Made to Order: All of our products are custom printed and fulfilled by our trusted print partner. Because each item is made just for you when you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Options & Rates: We currently ship within the United States. At checkout, you'll see the following options:
- Standard (3–5 business days): $5.00
- Express (1–2 business days): $12:00
Total Delivery Time: Total delivery time = production time (2–5 business days) + shipping time. For example, a standard order may take 5–10 business days from purchase to delivery.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Support@graceandbuttercream.com and we'll look into it right away.
