How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order and typically takes 2–5 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Standard shipping within the US usually takes an additional 3–5 business days. And, depending on other factors can take up to 7-10 days.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

What materials are your aprons and tea towels made from?
Our products are made from high-quality materials designed to be durable, washable, and beautiful. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my apron or tea towel?
We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low. Be sure to not use heat. Avoid bleach to keep the colors vibrant.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@graceandbuttercream.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll send a replacement right away.
